NOTE: This post has a LOT of High Resolution pictures, so it may take a long time to load!
From art teacher Alessandra Ogren:
I want to thank ALL the students (and their families who supported them) who entered in the poster contest. There were so many wonderful posters, and I’m so proud and impressed by the work.
I have attached links to all the posters, so you can enjoy them. We will be posting these on the school website, the Penasco Theater website and on social media.
I will be making copies of some of the posters to hang around our community and school to help remind us and educate us about the important practices that will keep us and our families safer.
The Taos News will also be running an article about this contest
All the originals will be mounted and displayed on the front porch of the Theater. Please come by and see the art work starting this Wednesday, June 3rd. ( when the weather is better!)
If you submitted your art work digitally and would like your poster displayed physically, please drop if off at the theater. ( you can leave it in lobby or with staff at Sugar Nymphs )
Thank you to Picuris and Mr Richardson for sponsoring this important contest!
The winners were picked by an impartial ( no parents or teachers) group of judges.
