Community Schools Survey (for everyone in the Peñasco ISD community)

This survey asks about your relationship with the Peñasco schools. Some of the questions are open ended; please tell us anything you believe we need to know. Other questions ask about particular programs that exist at the school now, that have existed in the past, and that could exist in the future.

All survey responses are anonymous. We hope as many people (teachers, students, family, community members) as possible in the Peñasco ISD community will fill it out. Please be honest. We want to build on the school’s positives and work together to address the challenges our students, parents, teachers, staff, and community face. Your responses will help us as we apply for the Implementation Grant!

Parent Survey (for all parents/care givers of Peñasco ISD students)

Trust is essential for a school to be at its best: trust between students, between students and teachers, between parents and teachers, and between teachers and administration.

The Parent Survey is designed to measure the level of trust parents and caregivers have in their students’ school. Survey results are anonymous and are used for planning purposes only. The purpose is to identify places where trust is strong and places where we can work to build or rebuilt trust. You may skip any question you are not comfortable answering. Please answer this survey only if you are a parent or primary caregiver of a child at Peñasco ISD.

Soon, we will be introducing surveys for teachers and students.

Thank you for your feedback.
